The service department at this location does a great job with what they have at their disposal. Definitely not what one would expect from a maserati dealer. I have driven maserati for several years now, in 3 different states. This location lacks in luxury, the courtesy vehicles, customers lounge and several other aspects one would expect from a luxury brand dealer. An average rating is generous... I receive a better experience from the car wash place I'm a member of.

Often times at high end dealerships I have frequented over the last 25 years, the customer service is very pretentious and not very friendly. This was not how I was treated at this dealership. I must take the opportunity to share an amazing experience I encountered when getting our family car serviced. My technician Stefan Miller went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I understood my options and just overall provided me with such exceptional customer service.
I want to give a shoutout to this dealership and Darwin. I brought my Maserati in for its first year maintenance, after purchasing it from a different out of state Maserati dealership, and it was such a smooth process. Darwin was able to get my Maserati connect app finally activated and was very communicative every step of the way. Also wanted to note that everyone working here was very polite and courteous.
