I have owned 3 Maseratis over the years; I have enjoyed them immensely. While not as highly tuned as a Ferrari, they provide a touch of speed and style that is easy to enjoy on a daily basis. As regards the service department at Ferrari Atlanta, I think they are at the top of their game. They are always solicitous and looking for ways to meet your needs. They aren't cheap, but then look at what you are servicing!

If I could give them 0 starts, I would. Darwin (the service rep) and Matt (one of the managers) were extremely rude to my husband and I. After giving them over $5,000 in repairs, my car is still not working. And every time I bring it in, they want me to pay for the diagnostic. And then the diagnostic is never applied to the bill.
