The service department at this location does a great job with what they have at their disposal. Definitely not what one would expect from a maserati dealer. I have driven maserati for several years now, in 3 different states. This location lacks in luxury, the courtesy vehicles, customers lounge and several other aspects one would expect from a luxury brand dealer. An average rating is generous... I receive a better experience from the car wash place I'm a member of.

Since I was purchasing a used vehicle, he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was like new before I drove it off the lot. I will definitely utilize their services again.
loved the entire experience!!! drove 4 hr. to see car at dealer. didn't know they were closing so early. brand ambassador Paul greeted us and spent time showing us the car. very nice guy. made appointment to purchase car and returned after a few days to make the purchase. they had the car waiting and paperwork ready to complete when we arrived. they even had a large bow on it. my wife was really excited and pleased about how nice the people at the dealership were. car drove like a dream on the trip home.
