I have been going here for years, and everyone is very professional and efficient. The only reason why I did not give them a 5 star is because I had to throw a tantrum to get them to get closer to the price that other Ferraris dealers had. I feel I should not have to have called two other locations who don't know me and yet gave me 2200$ less expensive and send several emails and escalate to management more than 1 occasion to get them to consider working with my quoted price for this 2026 maintenance and warranty at the Alpharetta location who has had my business for over 5 yrs. I feel like all that was unnecessary and I did not feel valued. Glad it eventually worked out otherwise I would have been forced to consider other options, and they may have lost my business eventually.

I have owned 3 Maseratis over the years; I have enjoyed them immensely. While not as highly tuned as a Ferrari, they provide a touch of speed and style that is easy to enjoy on a daily basis. As regards the service department at Ferrari Atlanta, I think they are at the top of their game. They are always solicitous and looking for ways to meet your needs. They aren't cheap, but then look at what you are servicing!
